| Recommended Use | Maximuscle suggest to take two servings per day, (a total of 250g). Take one serving which is two scoops at breakfast time and post workout or between meals. For the best shake consistency we would advise to mix the powder in a shaker or blender bottle with around 500ml of water. You can add milk for a better taste, however, you may find this to be too thick. |

This supplement works for me. It also mixes easily and tastes half decent. Am gaining around 1 - 2 lbs per week which is about right. Progain extreme is one of the best products i have used for gaining weight. -

I think this is probably the best weight gainer I have ever used. It works well and does exactly what it says, but for the price and how long it lasts it is expensive. All the tubs I have bought are not filled fully to the top bit strange.
