i gave this a 4 overall because of the taste, the strawberry is the best out of all the flavours but even then there are better alternatives. mixes well after shaking for a minute or so using one of their shakers. i found promax diet effective in helping me lose weight and fat, it filled me up and kept me going for hours before my next meal. value wise, you do pay slightly more for maximuscle but it does what it says on the tub so i cant argue with that, also havent seen this cheaper anywhere else!
