| Recommended Use | For optimal taste, mix 2 scoops (98 g) of CELL-TECH™ with 12 oz. of cold water (add more water if taste is too sweet). After consumption of CELL-TECH, drink an additional 8 oz. of water to help enhance creatine absorption. CELL-TECH should be used for a minimum of 8 weeks.
Loading stage: For the first five days: Take 2 servings daily, 1 in the morning and the other 12 hours later or immediately after your workout. Maintenance stage: Take 1 serving immediately after your workout, or take 1 serving upon awakening on non-workout days.
